Who I Work With
Discover more about how I work with both adults and young people between the ages of 14 -25 years old.
Adults
Personal Coaching
Are you rushed, busy and juggling too many balls, well aware that the home/work balance isn’t working but unsure what changes to make? Overwhelmed by the demands of family life with little sense of your own identity and self? I work with both men and women who want to regain a sense of control over day to day life that feels good, sustainable and aligned.
Career Change
Changing jobs, navigating a move into senior leadership or reentering the workplace after time out can be a daunting prospect. I will work with you to discover where your values truly lie, what motivates and fulfils you, and how to find a sense of purpose and meaning in your professional life.
Executive Coaching
I provide professional coaching for leaders and teams in the workplace. My outcome driven approach will help you to establish achievable, empowering goals that are aligned to your sense of self and purpose. I provide accountability and challenge when necessary, and the time and space for you to apply your best thinking to your professional life.
Young People
I offer kind, expert life coaching for girls and boys, helping them overcome challenges in their academic, social, and early work lives. Using a blend of psycho-education, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and attentive listening, I help young people discover their inner resources, learn practical tools, and navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and resilience.
My coaching is outcome-focused: we work together to identify the obstacles holding a young person back and I offer them the chance to discover the strategies and inner strengths that will help them move forward.
How I Can Help:
Managing academic pressure: Exam stress, revision planning, and setting achievable, realistic goals for study (and for life).
Understanding the mind: Helping young people grasp how their minds work and how they can help themselves thrive.
Practical coping tools: Building a “toolbox” of psychological techniques to manage strong emotions, difficult relationships, or academic struggles.
Building resilience and self-belief: Fostering confidence, perseverance, and a positive mindset.
A supportive, confidential ear: Providing a regular, non-judgmental, confidential adult ear when teachers or parents aren’t the right people to talk to.
Life coaching: helping to make decisions at major life junctions, such as subject choices, university options, or early career paths.
If you would like to discuss more about my work with young people or how I could help your child, please get in touch or book a discovery session with me.
“Working with Clemmie is… not about being 'fixed' or told what to do. It's about being understood, encouraged and supported to take steps that actually fit your life.
